芬伯格“技术代码”思想研究

【摘要】：如果说对现代性的反思是当代思想家们力图解决现代社会问题的重要任务,那么,对技术的反思则构成这一任务的核心。技术,特别是现代技术,其不仅使人类战胜了外部自然,更是为人类创造了一个富裕的物质世界。现代人坚信,随着技术的发展,人类必将走向一个美好的未来。然而,两次世界大战以及紧随而来的被喻为“第三次世界大战”的生态危机,彻底击碎了人们的美梦,人们开始意识到:技术带给人类的不只是福祉,同时也有灾难。正因如此,思想家们在反思现代性问题时,便不由自主地将批判的矛头对准了技术。安德鲁·芬伯格作为当代重要的技术哲学家之一,其在对现代性问题的思考中更是另辟蹊径。芬伯格对技术的批判从技术应用领域延伸到技术本身,从而在对技术本身的批判中发现了“技术代码”,进而揭示了现代社会的技术问题的根源。“技术代码”思想无疑为我们在所熟知的技术批判的思维框架之外,提供了一条新思路。对芬伯格“技术代码”思想的研究主要从以下五个方面展开:第一,“技术代码”的提出。本部分主要梳理了芬伯格“技术代码”思想提出的现实根源和理论缘起,进而指出了“技术代码”提出的思路进程。第二,权力:一般意义上的“技术代码”。本部分主要阐述了芬伯格在一般意义上对“技术代码”的规则与文化两种含义的界定,进而表达了“技术代码”的实质是一种权力。第三,霸权:“技术代码”的异化。本部分主要描述了芬伯格揭示现代社会“技术代码”从权力走向霸权的过程,同时也指出了这种霸权的表现、危害及其根源。第四,民主:“技术代码”的重构。本部分主要阐述的是芬伯格为了使现代社会中异化了的“技术代码”从霸权走向民主,从而对“技术代码”本身的重构工作所展开的具体规划。第五,反思与启示。本部分一方面探讨了芬伯格重构“技术代码”的规划所存有的困境,另一方面,也指出“技术代码”思想对现代社会技术问题的认识和解决具有启示意义。
[Abstract]:If the reflection on modernity is an important task for contemporary thinkers to solve the problems of modern society, then the reflection on technology constitutes the core of this task. Technology, especially modern technology, not only makes mankind conquer the external nature, but also creates a rich material world for mankind. Modern people firmly believe that with the development of technology, mankind will go to a bright future. However, the two world wars and the ensuing ecological crisis, known as World War III, have completely shattered people's dreams, and people are beginning to realize that technology not only brings human well-being, but also disaster. Therefore, when the thinkers reflect on the problem of modernity, they can not help but point the criticism at the technology. Andrew Feinberg is one of the most important technical philosophers in modern times. Finberg's criticism of technology extends from the field of technology application to that of technology itself, thus finding the "technical code" in the critique of technology itself, thus revealing the root cause of the technological problems in modern society. The idea of "technical code" undoubtedly provides us with a new way of thinking in addition to the familiar framework of technical criticism. The research on Feinberg's "technical code" is mainly carried out from the following five aspects: first, the proposal of "technical code". This part mainly combs the realistic origin and the theoretical origin of Finberg's thought of "technical code", and then points out the thought process of "technical code". Second, power: general sense of the "technical code." In this part, the author mainly expounds Finberg's definition of "technical code" in a general sense, and then expresses that the essence of "technical code" is a kind of power. Third, hegemony: alienation of Technical Code. This part mainly describes the process of Finberg's revealing "technical code" from power to hegemony in modern society, and at the same time points out the manifestation, harm and root of this hegemony. Fourth, democracy: reconstruction of Technical Code. This part mainly expounds the concrete plan that Finberg carried out in order to make the "technical code" dissimilated in modern society from hegemony to democracy, and thus to reconstruct the "technical code" itself. Fifth, reflection and enlightenment. On the one hand, this part discusses the dilemma of Finberg's reconstruction of "technical code", on the other hand, it also points out that the thought of "technical code" has enlightening significance to the understanding and solution of the technical problems in modern society.
