《现代哲学》实行双向匿名评审制度

【摘要】：正1.统一收稿人。收稿人负责覆盖稿件作者姓名,并将覆盖了作者姓名的稿件打印交给编辑部。2.由编辑部根据稿件内容聘请国内外该问题研究著名专家对匿名稿件进行评审,并将通过审阅的稿件匿名提交编辑部。3.编辑部对是否录用此稿件进行投票表决,少数服从多数;在意见相持不下时,主编有最终裁决权。4.稿件一经录用,即可公开作者姓名。5.编辑部有责任对审稿人及其所发表的意见向稿件作者保密。
[Abstract]:Regular 1. A unified collection of manuscripts. The addressee is responsible for covering the author's name and handing over to the editorial department the printed copy of the manuscript covering the author's name. According to the contents of manuscripts, the editorial department shall invite famous experts from home and abroad to review the anonymous manuscripts and submit them to the editorial department anonymously through the review. The editorial board voted on whether or not to hire the manuscript. A few voted from the majority; when the opinion was at loggerheads, the editor-in-chief had the final decision. 4. Once the manuscript is accepted, the author's name can be made public. It is the responsibility of the editorial department to keep the reviewer and his opinions confidential from the author.
