DIY文化的哲学探究

【摘要】：DIY是一个起源于20世纪60年代欧美国家的概念,其英文全称为Do It Yourself,中文翻译过来即是“自己动手做”。在生产力不发达的年代里,“自己动手,丰衣足食”这句习语充分体现了手工劳作的必要性和普遍性。然而在科技发展、物质充裕的今天,机械设备和人工服务高度发达,人们本可以不必“自己动手做”,却主动选择了自己动手的方式,参与DIY实践活动。各种DIY手工坊应运而生,DIY理念广为流行,在社会中形成了一种独特的DIY文化。本文即是尝试在哲学视域内对DIY文化进行探究和反思,主要包括以下三个部分:第一部分是对DIY文化相关概念的厘定和历史发展的梳理。首先分析了 DIY这一概念,介绍了 DIY活动、DIY相关产业,并指出DIY文化不仅包括显性的物质生产与消费文化,还包括隐性的自己动手、自我体验、自我塑造的精神文化,进而概要介绍了 DIY文化的历史发展。第二部分是对DIY文化的兴起背景和意义的分析。现代科技发展利弊有之,商品经济和消费主义侵蚀了人类谋生活动之外的休闲生活,后现代主义多元化、个性化的思潮加上我国本身深厚的传统手工文化使DIY 一经兴起即广为流行;而DIY文化也对个体和社会产生重要的意义,重建个人对于自身本体性存在的认识,促进人的认知发展,建立自我动手的生活道德和个性化的多元审美,进而对整个社会的经济、政治、生态也产生了积极的影响。第三部分试图通过对DIY文化发展现状和困境的探究,提出粗浅的建议。在分析国内外DIY文化发展现状的基础上,介绍了当前我国DIY文化发展的特点,指出了其中傻瓜化、庸俗化和个体化的发展困境,建议有理智地选择技术,进行爱与创造性工作,并健全社会支持体系来进一步促进DIY文化的发展。
[Abstract]:DIY is a concept originated from European and American countries in the 1960s. Its full English name is Do It Yourself, which is called "do it yourself". In the age of underdeveloped productivity, the idiom "self-made, well-dressed and well-fed" fully embodies the necessity and universality of manual labor. However, with the development of science and technology and abundant materials, mechanical equipment and artificial services are highly developed. People could have chosen their own way to participate in DIY practice without having to "do it themselves". Various DIY craftsmanship emerged at the historic moment, DIY idea is popular widely, has formed a kind of unique DIY culture in the society. This paper attempts to explore and reflect on the culture of DIY from the perspective of philosophy, including the following three parts: the first part is the definition of the concept of DIY culture and the combing of historical development. This paper first analyzes the concept of DIY, introduces the activities of DIY and related industries of DIY, and points out that DIY culture includes not only explicit material production and consumption culture, but also implicit self-action, self-experience and self-shaping spiritual culture. Then it briefly introduces the historical development of DIY culture. The second part is the analysis of the background and significance of the rise of DIY culture. There are advantages and disadvantages in the development of modern science and technology. Commodity economy and consumerism have eroded the leisure life outside of human activities for a living, and post-modernism has diversified. The trend of thought of individuation and the profound traditional handwork culture of our country make DIY popular as soon as it rises. And the DIY culture also has important significance to the individual and the society, rebuild the individual's understanding of their own intrinsic existence, promote the cognitive development of the human being, establish the self-acting life morality and personalized pluralistic aesthetic, and then to the economy of the whole society. Politics and ecology have also had a positive impact. The third part attempts to put forward some superficial suggestions by exploring the current situation and predicament of the development of DIY culture. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the development of DIY culture at home and abroad, this paper introduces the characteristics of the development of DIY culture in China at present, points out the dilemma of the development of stupidity, vulgarization and individualization, and suggests rational choice of technology, love and creative work. And perfect the social support system to further promote the development of DIY culture.
