《孟子》和《理想国》的认知研究

本文从认知的角度分别对中西方经典思想著作《孟子》和《理想国》作了分析。文章首先回顾了有关认知语言学的相关语言学和哲学背景，指出其和人文学科的内在关联并由此找到理论的契合点—‘诗性思维’。‘诗性思维’是早期人类诸民族的共同且唯一的思维方式，正是它引发了类比及隐喻等认知模式。根据巴赫金的话语主义的观点，话语或多或少都依赖于其他的话语，所以‘诗性思维’本身就具有互文的特点。而认知语言学正可以为类比和互文找到认知基础。当代认知语言学致力于揭示人类思维的认知机制。认知隐喻理论和概念整合理论即是其中两个代表理论之一。这两个理论分别提供了历时和共时两个视角来分析人类认知模式。其中认知隐喻揭示隐喻在各民族的文化模式中起的重要作用而概念整合则可以帮助人们理解实时动态的话语生成机制。两个理论都认为语言本身并不具有独立性而只不过是思维的表达方式，所以它们为分析篇章提供了新的方式。《孟子》在儒家经典著作中以其“言必称尧舜”和大量的譬喻所闻名。然而，前辈学者对此探讨的却并不多，更少有人从认知的角度进行过文本分析。本文就试图揭示《孟子》的互文性的深层认知机制及其所代表的文化心理模式，并通过对‘身体图式’的分析探讨...
