高中高级职称教师培训实践的认识与反思

【摘要】：本文基于开展福建省高中高级职称教师继续教育培训五年的认识,对如何开展高质量的教师培训、如何加强培训课程体系建设、如何进一步改进培训模式和创造更好的培训环境等进行了反思,提出了中小学教师培训的质量与内涵建设中值得探讨的若干问题。
[Abstract]:Based on the five years' understanding of continuing education and training for senior senior title teachers in Fujian Province, this paper discusses how to develop high-quality teacher training and how to strengthen the construction of training curriculum system. How to further improve the training mode and create a better training environment are reviewed, and some problems worth discussing in the quality and connotation construction of the training of primary and secondary school teachers are put forward.
