生态理论视野下太原市示范高中体育教学现状及对策研究

【摘要】:在当前社会的快速发展之下,人们的经济水平、生活质量不断地提高,然而体育锻炼活动却日渐减少,特别是在青少年当中,身体素质不断下降.肥胖率却居高不下,在全国已经发生多起学生在跑步中晕厥甚至猝死的事件,并且多地学校已经逐步在运动会中取消中长跑项目。青少年的身体状况已经不容乐观,这些现象已经引起了国家和社会的广泛关注。在此环境背景之下,本文从生态学理论的视野下出发,为体育教学改进特别是太原市示范高中体育教学改进提供一定理论支持和改进对策,从而提高教学质量,促进学生全面发展;提升学生爱好体育、享受体育、追求体育的个体需求;为学校管理者和体育教学者提供科学有效的发展思路,以促进其教学发展、增强教学改进效果;使当前的体育教学紧跟时代发展的步伐,进而提高广大青少年的社会活动能力;更能为社会上除体育教学改进之外的其他社会问题提供一个研究思路。本研究综合运用生态理论知识,把生态系统的生态因子、生态平衡、生态位等理论融入太原市示范高中体育教学中,尝试通过生态理论的视野对太原市示范高中体育教学现状进行分析,以发展和改进太原市示范高中的体育教学。本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地观察法和数理统计法对太原市示范高中体育教学进行研究。通过对太原市五所示范高中进行调查研究了解到当前高中体育教学现状,分析当前太原市示范高中体育教学存在的问题:体育教学目的与现实错位、体育课程设置不合理、学校体育物质环境与现实倒位、师生关系的现实倒位以及体育教学外部环境的生态位空位。从生态理论视角对上述问题进行分析,提出以下对策:明确体育环境、目的与课程三者生态位之间的关系、明确体育教师的生态定位、明确学生的生态定位以及发挥学校体育教学生态系统中主体因子的主观能动性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the current society, people's economic level and quality of life are constantly improving, but physical activity is decreasing, especially among teenagers, and the obesity rate is still high. There have been many incidents of students fainting and even sudden death in running across the country, and schools in many places have gradually cancelled the events of middle and long distance running in the sports meet. The physical condition of teenagers is no longer optimistic. These phenomena have aroused the widespread concern of the country and the society. Under this environment background, this article embarks from the ecology theory visual field, In order to improve the physical education teaching, especially for the improvement of the physical education teaching of Taiyuan City model senior high school, to provide certain theoretical support and improve the countermeasures, so as to improve the quality of teaching, promote the all-round development of students, promote the students to love sports, enjoy sports, To pursue the individual demand of physical education, to provide scientific and effective development ideas for school administrators and physical education teachers in order to promote the development of their teaching, to enhance the effect of teaching improvement, to make the current physical education teaching keep up with the pace of the development of the times, Then it can improve the social activity ability of the young people, and provide a research idea for other social problems besides the improvement of physical education teaching. This study synthetically applies the ecological theory knowledge to the ecological factors of the ecosystem, The theory of ecological balance and niche is integrated into the physical education of Taiyuan demonstration senior high school, and the present situation of the demonstration high school physical education in Taiyuan is analyzed through the view of ecological theory. In order to develop and improve the physical education teaching of Taiyuan Model High School, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, etc. The field observation method and mathematical statistics method are used to study the physical education teaching of the demonstration high school in Taiyuan. Through the investigation and research on the five model high schools in Taiyuan, the author finds out the present situation of the physical education teaching in the senior high school. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the present physical education of the demonstration high school in Taiyuan: the mismatch between the purpose and reality of the physical education teaching, the unreasonable setting of the physical education curriculum, the material environment and the reality of the physical education in the school. The realistic inversion of the teacher-student relationship and the niche vacancy in the external environment of physical education are analyzed from the perspective of ecological theory, and the following countermeasures are put forward: clarifying the relationship among the sports environment, the purpose and the ecological niche of the curriculum. The ecological orientation of physical education teachers, the ecological orientation of students and the subjective initiative of the main factors in the ecosystem of physical education teaching in schools should be clearly defined.
