语域理论应用于高中英语批判性阅读的有效研究

  语域理论是系统功能语法的重要理论之一,根据著名语言学家韩礼德的界定,决定语言特征的情景因素可以归纳为三个变量:语场、语式和语旨,而这三个变量共同决定了语域的取向。韩礼德的语域理论揭示了因情景语境的变化而产生的不同语言变化形式,为阅读教学研究开辟了崭新的视角。根据语域理论,语域具有反映文化和预测功能,所以根据语域的特点教学,有益于使学生学习该语言的文化特点及其表意方式,加快和加深对语篇的理解,进而提高阅读理解能力。本文从语域理论着手,结合批判性教学模式,探讨其对高中英语阅读教学的指导意义,具体研究以下三个问题:(1)被试者在阅读理解方面存在哪些问题?(2)语域理论和批判性阅读模式如何被运用到高中英语阅读课堂中的?(3)基于语域理论的批判性阅读教学模式的应用给学生的阅读水平带来什么影响?为了使这项研究顺利开展,作者抽取了辽宁省盖州市某高级中学高二年级的90名学生作为研究对象,其中控制班和实验班各45人,通过前测发现两个班学生的英语阅读水平没有显著差异。控制班使用传统教学模式进行阅读教学,实验班采用语域理论和批判性阅读模式相结合的教学模式。在数据收集方面,本文主要运用了问卷,访谈和阅读理解测...
