【摘要】：《法律选编》旧译《埃克洛伽》,是拜占庭帝国皇帝利奥三世与君士坦丁五世联合颁布的一部希腊文法典,其主要调整帝国内部民事关系,是研究8世纪帝国社会生活及历史变迁的重要法律文献。虽是一部官方法典,但由于文本抄录的差异,致其颁布时间至今尚未有定论。故本文拟在对前辈学者争论观点梳理的基础上,结合相关文献记载进行考辨,以期能对其最可能颁布的时间做出一个较为合理的解释。
[Abstract]:The Old Translation of Eclogha is a Greek code issued jointly by Emperor Leo III of the Byzantine Empire and Constantine V, which mainly regulates the civil relations within the Empire. It is an important legal document to study the social life and historical changes of the Empire in 8th century. Although it is an official code, it is due to the differences of the transcripts. Due to its promulgation time has not yet been finalized. Therefore, this paper intends to comb the previous generation of scholars on the basis of the point of view, combined with the relevant literature records to conduct textual research. With a view to its most likely time to issue a more reasonable explanation.
