【摘要】：全面推进依法治国至今已一年有余。近一年来,法学研究者对该主题的关注程度如何,哪些学科在关注,关注点为何?为回答这些问题,本文以CLSCI期刊载文为样本进行实证分析。研究结论表明,该主题在法学研究中关注程度较高;学科主要集中于法理学、司法制度、民商法学和宪法学;关注点在不同学科间有所差异,但总体而言较为集中,如法治体系、审判中心主义、民法典编纂、基本权利等。
[Abstract]:Comprehensively promote the rule of law has been more than a year. In recent years, researchers pay more attention to the legal subject how, what subjects in the focus of attention, why? To answer these questions, this paper takes CLSCI journal papers as samples for empirical analysis. The conclusion of the study shows that the theme of a higher degree of concern in the study of law in the subject; mainly in jurisprudence, judicial system, civil law and constitutional law; concerns vary in different disciplines, but overall is relatively concentrated, such as the legal system, the trial center, the codification of civil law, the rights of others.
