论法制类影视作品对公民法制意识的影响研究

【摘要】：本文首先基于现阶段我国法制体系的背景和现状以及法治建设所处的发展阶段，对我国法制类影视作品的定位、形式及特点展开全面分析，对其作为一种法制传播媒介和载体，如何承担其法制启蒙功能，如何在培育社会法治环境、推动全民普法教育、增强公民的法制意识、提高群众法制观念等方面发挥重要作用及其暴露出的许多问题，如作品题材不当、定位不准、样式同质化严重、媒介功能混淆、缺乏人文关怀、从业人员的法学素质和媒体专业水平不够等进行深入的探讨和研究。本文试图整合当前国内外学者关于法制影视类作品和公民法制意识培养及法律教育的各种零散的认识和研究，将法制类影视作品与公民的法制意识进行有机整合，展开系统深入的理论考量和探讨，对二者之间的内在关系进行分析，并系统研究我国法制类影视作品对公民法制意识培养的积极和消极影响，及其产生作用的特点与方式，探讨其当前在影响公民法制意识培养进程中存在的问题及原因，在此基础上提出切实有效的措施对我国法制类影视的选题、制作、传播等加以改进。通过以上各方面的分析和研究，本文期望能提出一些有效指导我国法制类影视节目的实践和发展的结论和建议，使其真正成为国家普法工作的重要载体，，提升其对公民法制意识的促进作用，在“六五”普法工作中发挥更大的作用，以更有利于公民法制意识的培养。
[Abstract]:Firstly, based on the background and current situation of the legal system in our country and the development stage of the construction of the rule of law, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the orientation, form and characteristics of the legal system film and television works in our country. As a media and carrier of legal system, how to assume its function of legal enlightenment, how to foster the social environment of rule of law, how to promote universal legal education, and how to enhance citizens' awareness of legal system. Improving the concept of mass legal system plays an important role and exposes many problems, such as improper theme of works, inaccurate positioning, serious homogeneity of style, confusion of media function and lack of humanistic care. The legal quality of practitioners and media professional level is not enough to carry on the thorough discussion and the research. This paper attempts to integrate the current domestic and foreign scholars on the legal system of film and television works and civil awareness of legal awareness and legal education of the various scattered understanding and research. The legal system film and television works and citizens' awareness of the legal system are organically integrated, and a systematic and in-depth theoretical consideration and discussion are carried out, and the internal relationship between the two is analyzed. It also systematically studies the positive and negative effects of the legal system film and television works on the cultivation of citizens' legal consciousness, and the characteristics and ways of their effects. This paper probes into the problems and reasons existing in the process of influencing the cultivation of citizens' legal consciousness at present, and puts forward some practical and effective measures to improve the selection, production and dissemination of the legal system film and television in our country. Through the above aspects of analysis and research, this paper hopes to put forward some effective guidance for the practice and development of the legal system of film and television programs and recommendations, so that it really become an important carrier of national legal work. To promote the citizen's legal consciousness and play a greater role in the sixth Five-Year Plan to popularize the law, so as to be more conducive to the cultivation of the citizen's legal consciousness.
