【摘要】：2016年"中共中央关于加强党领导立法工作的意见"是一份十分重要的文件。认真贯彻实施这一文件,需要研究、回答和解决一系列重要问题。坚持党对立法工作的领导,是不能动摇的政治原则。党对立法工作的领导,在不同的历史时期,有不同的方式和特点。目前甚至今后相当长一段时间内,坚持文件确立的党领导立法工作的各种方式,十分必要。但从长远看,坚持党对立法工作的领导,必须改善党的领导,在实践中不断提升党领导立法工作的境界,改革完善党领导立法工作的方式方法。
[Abstract]:In 2016, "opinions of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the Party's leading legislation" is a very important document. It is an unshakable political principle to answer and solve a series of important questions. It is an unshakable political principle to uphold the Party's leadership over the legislative work, and the Party's leadership over the legislative work is in different historical periods. There are different ways and characteristics. At present, and even for quite a long time in the future, it is very necessary to adhere to the various ways in which the Party leads the legislative work as established in the document, but in the long run, it is necessary to uphold the Party's leadership over the legislative work.
