法学专业实习指导的探索与思考

【摘要】：目前法学专业实习缺乏有效的监管、指导和科学的考评机制,实习容易流于形式。专业实习指导应包括实习前准备的指导、实习中的指导和实习结束后的指导。进一步完善法学专业实习指导需要加强实习生以及带队教师的监管、制定科学规范的实习质量评价制度、创新实习考核机制,将专业实习与毕业论文有机融合,积极鼓励建立"双师型"教学队伍。
[Abstract]:At present, the practice of law majors lacks effective supervision, guidance and scientific evaluation mechanism, and practice is easy to become a formality. The guidance of professional practice should include the guidance of preparation before practice. The guidance in practice and the guidance after practice. To further improve the practice guidance of law major, we need to strengthen the supervision of interns and lead teachers, and establish a scientific and standardized practice quality evaluation system. Innovate the examination mechanism of practice, combine professional practice with graduation thesis, and encourage the establishment of "double-qualified" teaching team.
