我国现阶段普法困境及新型普法模式的探究

【摘要】：为解决目前普法困境,使普法发挥应有作用,提高普法实际效果;项目组采用文献分析与实地调研法,通过发放问卷和实地走访,了解现行普法工作现状及人民群众对法律的真正需求,从而探求普法困境产生原因,发现或创新出最具实效性的普法模式。本文进行的新型普法模式探究希望能为普法工作带来借鉴意义,以使普法取得更好效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the dilemma of popularizing law, to make it play its due role and to improve the practical effect of popularizing law; The project team uses the method of literature analysis and field investigation, through issuing questionnaires and field visits, to understand the current situation of law popularization work and the real needs of the people to the law, so as to find out the reasons for the predicament of law popularization. Find or innovate the most effective mode of popularizing law. The new mode of popularizing law in this paper hopes to bring reference significance to the work of popularizing law so as to make the law popularizing get better effect.
