国家治理现代化视野下的法治建设

【摘要】：法治作为国家治理现代化的内容之一,直接关系到国家治理现代化进程。国家治理体系现代化要求立法应当科学,不应只追求多而全;要求政府和民众在治国理政方面应当一切以法律为准绳,知法、守法、用法。当前我国法治建设应当从科学立法、严格执法、公正司法和全民守法四个方面实现国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。
[Abstract]:As one of the contents of the modernization of national governance, the rule of law is directly related to the process of the modernization of national governance. The government and the public are required to take the law as the yardstick, to know the law, to abide by the law, and to use it. At present, the construction of the rule of law in our country should be based on scientific legislation and strict enforcement of the law. Just administration of justice and the law-abiding by the people realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
