依法治国:中国特色社会主义的本质属性和发展要求

【摘要】：正十八届四中全会确定"建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家"是全面推进依法治国的总目标,对于进一步完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,具有极其重大的意义。依法治国与中国特色社会主义有着内在的、本质上的联系。着眼于中国特色社会主义新发展全面推进依法治国,是贯彻落实十八届四中全会精神、加快法治中国建设步伐的重中之重。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee decided that "building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country ruled by law" is the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, and that it is necessary to further improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Governing the country according to law and socialism with Chinese characteristics have an inherent and essential connection. Focusing on the new development of socialism with Chinese characteristics to comprehensively promote the rule of law is to carry out the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee. Speeding up the pace of building China under the rule of law is a top priority.
