公民身份与公民参与:法治中国建设的关键要素——以社会组织培育为例

【摘要】：推进法治中国建设,离不开公民文化的培育。公民文化的核心是公民意识的塑造。公民意识是建立在公民身份意识基础之上的。公民有了自觉的身份意识并外化为自己的行为,即表现为公民对社会公共事务的积极参与。公民参与是与公民的责任意识密切联系在一起的。社会组织都是公民参与的重要途径。公民参与是当下法治中国建设的关键要素。
[Abstract]:To promote the construction of China under the rule of law, we cannot do without the cultivation of civic culture. The core of civic culture is the shaping of civic consciousness, which is based on the consciousness of citizenship. Citizens have a conscious sense of identity and externalize it into their own behavior. Citizen participation is closely related to citizen's sense of responsibility. Social organization is an important way of citizen participation. Citizen participation is the key element in the construction of China under the rule of law.
