从历史档案看美国政府新闻发布制度的法律构成

【摘要】：法律法规是美国新闻发布制度建设的重要内容。《行政程序法》、《信息自由法》、《阳光下的政府法》等成文法和"水门事件"等判例法构成了美国新闻发布制度的法律基础,这些法律法规既保障了媒介和公民在获取政府和社会信息方面的权力,又促使美国新闻发布活动正规化、常态化和职业化。
[Abstract]:Laws and regulations are important contents in the construction of American press release system. Written laws such as Administrative procedure Law, Freedom of Information Act, Government Law under the Sun, and case law such as Watergate incident constitute the legal basis of the American press release system. These laws and regulations not only guarantee the rights of the media and citizens to obtain government and social information, but also promote the regularization, normalization and professionalization of American news release activities.
