依法治党到法治中国的逻辑视野

【摘要】：依法治党到法治中国的逻辑视野,根植于"依法治党——依法执政——依法治国——法治中国"的内在逻辑关联性。依法治党是依法治国的前提要件,在深化以党规党法治党的同时,应扩展以宪法法律治党的空间;依法执政是依法治国的中流砥柱,党的领导地位、人民主体地位应在依法治国进程中实现统一;依法治国是法治中国的建构路径,依法治国向法治中国的迈进应在有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究的框架下展开。
[Abstract]:The logical vision of ruling the party according to law to China ruled by law is rooted in the inherent logical relationship of "ruling the party by law-ruling by law-ruling by law-ruling by law-ruling by law". Running the party according to law is the prerequisite for governing the country according to law, and while deepening the party's rule by law, it is at the same time deepening the rule of law by the party. We should expand the space of ruling the party by constitutional law, ruling by law is the mainstay of ruling the country by law, the leading position of the party and the main position of the people should be unified in the process of governing the country according to law, and ruling the country by law is the way to construct a country ruled by law. To rule the country according to law to rule by law should be carried out under the framework of law, law, law enforcement and law violation.
