城镇化进程中村民法律意识调查分析与提升研究——以广东省广州市九龙镇28个村为例

【摘要】：近年来,九龙镇围绕中新知识城项目建设开展了大量征地活动,九龙镇城镇化速度越来越快,笔者通过走访调研,发现村民的法律意识在城镇化进程中得到了一定的提升,但仍有提升的空间。本文认为加大普法宣传、提高村民权利意识、重视村民"三怕"问题,维护法律权威对提升村民的法律意识将起到积极的影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jiulong Town has carried out a large number of land requisition activities around the construction of Zhongxin knowledge City, and the speed of urbanization in Jiulong Town has been getting faster and faster. By visiting and investigating, the author finds that the legal consciousness of villagers has been promoted in the process of urbanization. However, there is still room for improvement. This paper holds that increasing the publicity of popularizing the law, raising the awareness of villagers' rights, paying attention to the problem of "three fears" of villagers and maintaining the legal authority will have a positive impact on the promotion of villagers' legal consciousness.
