美国食用油安全规制研究

【摘要】：食用油作为人类的基本食物之一,其安全问题带有一定的隐蔽性,不但影响人类健康,而且还会影响社会稳定。基于此,本文以美国为例,分析了美国食用油安全规制的具体机构及其职能,在此基础上分析了食用油规制的法律法规体系,并探讨了食用油安全规制的运行机制,提出了对中国食用油安全规制的相关启示。
[Abstract]:Edible oil is one of the basic food of human being, its safety problem has certain concealment, not only affects human health, but also affects social stability.Based on this, this paper takes the United States as an example, analyzes the specific organization and function of edible oil safety regulation in the United States, and on this basis, analyzes the legal and regulatory system of edible oil regulation, and probes into the operation mechanism of edible oil safety regulation.The enlightenment to the safety regulation of edible oil in China is put forward.
