【摘要】：正伴随着中国进入全面深化改革的新的历史时期,全面推进依法治国成为党和国家的重大决策以及全社会的重要共识,基于"司法公正对社会公正具有重要引领作用,司法不公对社会公正具有致命破坏作用",通过深化司法体制改革保证司法公正、提升司法公信力,成为法治中国建设的突破口和关键环节。司法体制改革迄今已进行了二十多年,学术界献计献策,有力地推动了改革向纵深发展。在进入新的历史时期之后,司法体制改革面临的形势更加复杂、任务更加艰巨。国家决策层对司法体制改革的目标、任务、内容和方式等作了顶层设计。如何评价顶层设计方
