东坡先生的法律人生

【摘要】：东坡先生的家乡眉山士绅喜读法典,善与地方官员雄辩,东坡先生的文学风格一定程度上受到眉山地域文化的影响。世态炎凉、落井下石反映了人性的阴暗面,造成这种现象的原因不光与趋利避害的人性有关,而且与法律制度有关,苏东坡先生一生的遭遇即可印证此点。东坡先生在官场上的所作所为,可以看出一个封建社会的官员是怎样执法的。由于东坡先生是著名文学家,对他事迹的记载远比其他官员更为详尽,所以,他平生的所作所为,是考察官员遵守法律的极好标本。东坡先生一生与佛教的缘分非浅,佛教影响了他的法律人生。东坡先生的诗文如实地反映了王安石变法中"新法"给百姓带来的诸多弊端,成为研究王安石变法的重要史料。
