【摘要】：陈瑾昆新中国著名的"红色法学家"。1948年,华北解放之后,曾经兼任华北高等人民法院院长。中华人民共和国成立以后,曾经担任最高人民法院副院长。他既精通民法,又精通刑法,为新中国法制建设作出了特殊贡献。
[Abstract]:Chen Jinkun is a famous "red jurist" in New China. In 1948, after the liberation of North China, he was also president of the North China higher people's Court. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he was vice president of the Supreme people's Court. He was proficient in both civil law and criminal law, and made a special contribution to the construction of new China's legal system.
