【摘要】：近些年，研究大众化的学者在研究马克思主义大众化的体系完善、必要性、重大意义和对策与途径等方面取得了很多优秀的成果，为我们的马克思主义法制理论教育大众化提供了很多理论方面的借鉴内容，但是涉猎马克思主义法制理论教育大众化的研究还很少，马克思主义法制理论教育大众化的内容有哪些，如何实现马克思主义法制理论教育的大众化，这些问题就成为我们迫切需要回答和解决的理论和现实问题，它关系着马克思主义法制教育理论和实践的生命力，关系着法制理论教育发展的前途和命运，也对当前的社会主义法治现代化建设具有非常重要的现实意义。本文从四个方面对马克思主义法制理论教育大众化理论与实践进行论述的。首先，通过经典作家有关法制理论思想的回顾，着重分析了马克思主义法制理论教育在中国的实践与应用；其次，通过大众化、马克思主义大众化含义的分析，，界定了马克思主义法制理论教育大众化的含义和特征；再次，结合我国目前马克思主义法制理论教育大众化存在的问题，分析了问题存在的原因；最后，针对大众化存在的问题，在坚持“三原则”的基础上，进一步论述了推进马克思主义法制理论教育大众化的措施及途径，将马克思主义法制理论的内容与人民群众的切身利益结合，使法治理念深入人心。马克思主义法制理论教育大众化是一个动态的过程，不仅仅是一种理论诉求，也是一种现实需要，更是一种历史使命。我们要在取得已有成就的基础上，继续探索行之有效的方法手段，使马克思主义法制理论真正为广大人民群众所理解掌握，使人民群众能用法律武器来捍卫和维护自己的合法权益，树立起学法、懂法、守法和护法的法律意识和法治理念，将法律作为一种坚定地信仰，这也是马克思主义法制理论教育大众化的出发点和落脚点。
[Abstract]:In recent years, scholars who study the popularization of Marxism have made a lot of outstanding achievements in studying the perfection, necessity, significance, countermeasures and approaches of the popularization of Marxism. It has provided many theoretical references for the popularization of Marxist legal theory education, but there is little research on the popularization of Marxist legal theory education. What are the contents of the popularization of Marxist legal system theory education, and how to realize the popularization of Marxist legal system theory education? these questions have become the theoretical and practical questions that we urgently need to answer and solve. It is related to the vitality of Marxist legal education theory and practice, the future and fate of the development of legal theory education, and also has a very important practical significance to the modernization of socialist legal system. This paper discusses the popularization theory and practice of Marxist legal theory from four aspects. First of all, through the review of the classical writers' thoughts on the legal theory, the author emphatically analyzes the practice and application of Marxist legal theory education in China; secondly, through the analysis of the popularization of Marxism, the meaning of the popularization of Marxism is analyzed. This paper defines the meaning and characteristics of the popularization of Marxist legal theory education. Thirdly, it analyzes the reasons of the problems in the popularization of Marxist legal theory education. In view of the problems existing in the popularization, on the basis of adhering to the "three principles", this paper further discusses the measures and ways to promote the popularization of Marxist legal theory education. By combining the contents of Marxist legal theory with the vital interests of the people, the concept of rule of law is deeply rooted in the people. The popularization of Marxist legal theory education is a dynamic process, not only a theoretical appeal, but also a practical need, but also a historical mission. On the basis of the achievements we have made, we should continue to explore effective methods and means so that the Marxist legal system theory can be truly understood and grasped by the broad masses of the people. To enable the people to use legal weapons to defend and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, to establish the legal consciousness and concept of learning, understanding, abiding and protecting the law, and to regard the law as a firm belief, This is also the starting point and foothold of the popularization of Marxist legal theory education.
