宋代给事中封驳制度的变革研究

【摘要】：给事中封驳制度是中国古代皇权限制的一部分，这一职官从秦时的加官逐渐演变到唐时专职封驳定员的成熟状态，拥有对百官奏抄及皇帝诏敕的封驳权，它的发展是君主制自我完善的内在要求。然而到了宋代，给事中制度却发生了重大变革。本文以大量史料及现有学术成果为基础，试图对宋代封驳权职的变迁、变革中封驳制度的一般实践状况、变革中的制度共性特点及其原因和变革导致的结果进行研究分析，，力求客观的认识这一制度在宋代的发展变化。给事中封驳制度是君主政治制度下的权力制约机制，专制体制就早已决定其最终的结局。
[Abstract]:The system of rebuttal was a part of the restriction of imperial power in ancient China, which gradually evolved from the addition of officials in the Qin Dynasty to the mature state of the full-time retainer in the Tang Dynasty, and had the power of rebuttal to the hundred officials and the imperial edict. Its development is the internal requirement of monarchy self-perfection. However, in the Song Dynasty, great changes took place in the system. Based on a large number of historical data and existing academic achievements, this paper attempts to study and analyze the changes of power and office in the Song Dynasty, the general practice of the system in the reform, the common characteristics of the system in the reform and the causes and the results of the reform. Strive to objectively understand the development of this system in the Song Dynasty. Rebuttal system is the power restriction mechanism under the monarch political system, and the autocratic system has already decided its final outcome.
