国家版权局通报三批“剑网2014”专项行动网络侵权盗版案件查办情况

【摘要】：正国家版权局、国家互联网信息办公室、工业和信息化部和公安部四部门联合印发《关于开展打击网络侵权盗版"剑网2014"专项行动的通知》(新广出明电〔2014〕14号)以来,各地区版权行政执法部门、互联网管理部门、电信主管部门和公安部门积极配合、齐抓共管,对一批网络侵权盗版案件集中查办,确保"剑网2014"专项行动不断取得新成果。截至目前,国家版权局先后通报了3批共30件网络侵权盗版案件的查办情况,这些案件的查办情况如下。
[Abstract]:Since the National copyright Administration, the State Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Public Security jointly issued the Circular on launching a Special Action to crack down on Internet copyright infringement and Piracy "Jian net 2014" (Xinguang Mingguo 2014 / 14), The copyright administrative law enforcement departments, Internet management departments, telecommunications departments and public security departments in various regions have actively cooperated and jointly managed a number of copyright infringement and piracy cases on the Internet to ensure that the special action "Sword Network 2014" continues to achieve new results. Up to now, the State copyright Administration has reported three batches of 30 cases of copyright infringement and piracy on the Internet. The investigation and handling of these cases are as follows.
