[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is the first programmatic document in the history of our party on strengthening the construction of the rule of law, and revolves around comprehensively promoting the rule of law.
