论地方本科院校转型视域中的法学专业课程改革——以分类教学为视角

【摘要】：目前地方本科院校转型发展已成为必然,而其法学专业一直因就业难而广受诟病。现实中,地方本科院校的法学专业存在着师资力量相对薄弱,教学设施相对落后;获得资金支持有限;课程设置不合理和就业难等问题。在这种情形下,基于学生就业取向,以分类教学为指导,重新构建法学专业课程体系尤其是实践课程体系应是一种较好的选择。
[Abstract]:At present, the transformation and development of local colleges and universities has become inevitable, and its law major has been widely criticized for its difficult employment. In reality, there are some problems such as relatively weak teachers, relatively backward teaching facilities, limited financial support, unreasonable curriculum and difficult employment in local undergraduate colleges and universities. In this case, based on the students' employment orientation and guided by classified teaching, it is a better choice to reconstruct the curriculum system of law major, especially the practice curriculum system.
