家庭与政治:民国时期家制改革的“主义”之争

【摘要】：在中国,家庭问题是否只是个人或社会问题,与政治无关?民国期间有关家制改革的论争及其背后隐藏的从家族秩序到政治秩序的考虑,显示出中国的家庭问题与政治问题有着千丝万缕的密切联系。在五四新文化运动与南京政府立法活动的考量与取舍中,家庭并未如部分激进个人主义者所主张的那样脱离政治,而是继续被定位为政治秩序的基石,只是其服务对象已由"王朝"变成了"国家"。
[Abstract]:In China , whether the family problem is just an individual or a social problem is not related to politics ? The debate about family reform during the Republic of China and the hidden behind it from the family order to the political order show that China ' s family problems are closely related to political problems . In the consideration of the May Fourth New Culture Movement and the legislative activities of the Nanjing Government , the family is not separated from politics as advocated by some radical Islamists , but continues to be positioned as the cornerstone of the political order , but its service object has become the " state " by the " dynasty " .
