【摘要】:高校的《法律基础》课是大学生的公共基础必修课程,开设《法律基础》这门课的目的在于提高大学生的法律意识,增强用法律保护自己的能力。但由于法律知识解释抽象,公共基础课的课时又少,这门课本身又具有较强的综合性和实践应用性,因此学生很难理解和掌握法律知识的精髓。那么教师使用什么样的方法才能在很少的课时中,让学生全面了解法律基础知识,真正理解法律精髓来提高解决实际问题的能力呢?案例教学法可以恰到好处的解决这些问题。法律当然离不开案例,教师可以利用多媒体设备和网络采用多种形式呈现案例的内容。例如:口述案例,视频案例,模拟法庭案例等等。本课题分别对模拟法庭案例教学法的应用,视频案例教学法的应用,问题式案例教学法的应用,三个方面作为主要的研究内容,希望能对案例教学法在教学中的应用研究提供一定的借鉴价值。 全文共分为五个部分:第一部分为引言,第二部分案例教学法在法律基础课教学中的理论研究,第三部分法律基础课案例教学应用的实例,第四部分案例教学在法律基础课中运用的步骤和调查结果,第五部分案例教学在法律基础课中运用的思考与建议。其中重点是第三章,会在论文中详细的阐述,并配有案例加以说明。 此次研究的目的在于:使案例教学法在《法律基础》这门课中能够高效、合理的使用。将案例教学法运用于法律基础的教学,能够实现理论与实践的有机结合,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,达到优化教学的目的。希望能给教师的教学提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The course of "legal basis" is a compulsory course for college students. The purpose of this course is to improve the legal consciousness of college students and strengthen their ability to protect themselves with the law. However, due to the abstract interpretation of legal knowledge and the short class time of public basic course, the course itself has a strong comprehensive and practical application, so it is difficult for students to understand and master the essence of legal knowledge. So what methods can teachers use to make students fully understand the basic knowledge of law and the essence of law to improve their ability to solve practical problems in a few class hours? Case study can solve these problems properly. Of course, the law can not be separated from cases. Teachers can use multimedia devices and networks to present the contents of cases in various forms. For example: oral cases, video cases, mock court cases and so on. The main contents of this thesis are the application of simulated court case teaching method, the application of video case teaching method, the application of problem case teaching method and three aspects. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, the second part is the theoretical research of the case teaching method in the basic course of law. The third part is the example of the application of case teaching in the basic course of law, the fourth part is the steps and the investigation results of the application of the case teaching in the basic course of law, the fifth part is the thinking and suggestion of the application of the case teaching in the basic course of law. The focus of the study is the third chapter, which will be elaborated in detail in this paper and illustrated by cases. The purpose of this study is to make the case teaching method be used efficiently and reasonably in the course of legal basis. The application of case teaching method to the teaching of legal foundation can realize the organic combination of theory and practice, train students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and achieve the purpose of optimizing teaching. The author hopes to provide some reference for teachers' teaching.
