基于需求导向的法律英语课程建构研究

【摘要】：随着我国改革开放的不断深入,国家亟需更多通晓国际竞争规则、具有较强法律英语话语实践能力的高级人才在对外交往中合理、准确行使国际事务话语权。最新制定的《大学英语教学指南》是大学英语教学改革的纲领性文件,其中有关专门用途英语课程定位与课程建设的阐述对于法律英语课程的建设与发展提供重要的理论依据。本文结合ESP研究理论成果,分析法律英语课程语言教学性质、社会需求前景、话语实践能力培养目标以及实现途径,以期推动大学英语课程体系框架内的法律英语课程建设与发展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, it is urgent for the country to have a better understanding of the rules of international competition and more senior talents with strong practical ability of legal English discourse to exercise their right of discourse on international affairs in their foreign exchanges reasonably and accurately. The latest "Guide to College English Teaching" is a programmatic document for the reform of college English teaching, in which the definition and construction of ESP courses provide an important theoretical basis for the construction and development of legal English courses. Based on the theoretical achievements of ESP, this paper analyzes the nature of legal English course language teaching, the prospect of social needs, the goal of developing practical discourse ability and the ways to achieve it. In order to promote the legal English curriculum construction and development within the framework of college English curriculum system.
