【摘要】：正中国古代法律脱胎于先秦诸子的法家思想,经过几千年的发展,逐渐形成了规范而丰富的法律体系。它的许多内容对于现代我国法律的完善与创新具有重要作用,值得我们去研究。瞿同祖著《中国法律与中国社会》是较为全面系统地梳理中国古代社会和法律的经典作品。全书共六章,约27万字,力图概括中国古代法律的特点,借鉴其合理内容,在新时代背景下对中国法律与社会的探索体现在以下几方面:一、为新时代的中国法律构建和谐社会提供
[Abstract]:The ancient law of China was born out of the Legalist thought of the Pre-Qin Dynasty. After thousands of years of development, it gradually formed a standard and rich legal system. Many of its contents play an important role in the perfection and innovation of modern law in China. Qu Tongzu's book Chinese Law and Chinese Society is a comprehensive and systematic combing of ancient Chinese society and law. The book consists of six chapters, about 270000 words, trying to generalize the characteristics of ancient Chinese law, draw lessons from its reasonable content, and explore Chinese law and society in the context of the new era in the following aspects: first, To provide for the construction of a harmonious society in the new era of Chinese law
