法经济学的学科属性、研究路径与发展趋势

【摘要】：自法经济学诞生以来,关于此学科的争论不止;国内法学界和经济学界对于法经济学的研究各持一端,"两张皮"的现象比较严重。法经济学的研究路径包括什么?它的发展方向在哪里?这些问题困扰着中国法经济学的发展。分析得出:法经济学的研究路径包括法律的经济分析和经济的法律分析,发展法经济学是时代发展的要求,法经济学的生命力在于实践,法金融学是未来发展的重点。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of law and economics, there has been more debate about this subject. The phenomenon of "two skins" is quite serious in domestic law circles and economics circles. What is the research path of law and economics? Where does it go? These problems haunt the development of Chinese law and economics. The research path of law economics includes the economic analysis of law and the law analysis of economy, the development of law economics is the requirement of the development of the times, the vitality of law and economics lies in practice, and the law and finance is the key point of the future development.
