美国“云计算”“数据流”技术的数字娱乐版权保护及其启示

【摘要】：随着数字技术的突飞猛进,传统版权保护法治已不再适应数字娱乐版权领域的发展。美国"云计算"和"数据流"技术的快速发展给数字娱乐版权保护法治带来新的研究视角。与个人计算机模式相比,"云计算"一方面更能有效地防止数字娱乐版权盗版行为,另一方面能为窘境中的数字版权理论提供新的路径。因此,美国相关法制研究的启示,对于完善我国数字娱乐版权制度具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital technology, the rule of law of traditional copyright protection is no longer suitable for the development of digital entertainment copyright. The rapid development of cloud computing and data stream technology in the United States brings a new research perspective to the rule of law of copyright protection in digital entertainment. Compared with the personal computer model, cloud computing can prevent digital entertainment copyright piracy more effectively, on the other hand, it can provide a new path for the theory of digital rights in the dilemma. Therefore, the enlightenment of the relevant legal research in the United States is of great theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of the copyright system of digital entertainment in China.
