法学教育现状分析与改革思路

【摘要】：法学专业就业难问题与法学教育体制本身存在的缺陷密切相关。通过对法学专业学生毕业的主要就业方向及其所需要的相应资质进行分析,发现当前法学教育体制的症结在于市场需求因素未能纳入考量,具体表现在招生规模过大、培养模式单一、非专业课程设置过多等方面。而新时期为就业等因素考量而设立的"法律硕士"专业也存在诸多不足。法学教育的改革应当在紧跟就业的实际需要的基础上,从两个方面即共通问题改革以及时间轴基准之一体化改革进行具体设计,其中,分类培养理念的引入是重点。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of obtaining employment in law major is closely related to the defects of the legal education system itself. Through the analysis of the main employment orientation of law major students and their corresponding qualifications, it is found that the crux of the current legal education system lies in the failure of market demand factors to be taken into account, which is manifested in the large scale of enrollment. The training mode is single and the non-major curriculum is too much. In the new period, the Master of Law major for employment and other factors also has many shortcomings. On the basis of keeping up with the actual needs of employment, the reform of law education should be designed from two aspects, that is, the reform of common problems and the integration of time axis benchmarks, among which, the introduction of the concept of classified training is the key point.
