关于我国法治现代化进程中的民族精神探讨

【摘要】：在五千年的历史发展过程中,中华民族历经漫长的繁衍生息创造了灿烂的文化,形成了以爱国主义为核心的具有本民族特色的民族精神。然而自古以来,我国就缺乏法治文明的传统,采取外源型的发展模式,中国法治现代化之路漫长。所以需要将民族精神引入法律理论的领域,构建以民族精神为核心的法律本体论,这对于我国法治的现代化进程具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:In the course of five thousand years of historical development, the Chinese nation has created a splendid culture and formed a national spirit with patriotism as the core of the nation. However, since ancient times, our country lacks the tradition of the rule of law civilization, and has taken a foreign development model, and the road of modernization of the rule of law in China is long. It is of great practical significance for the modernization process of the rule of law in China to introduce the national spirit into the field of legal theory and construct the Legal Ontology with the national spirit as the core.
