【摘要】：正随着赴美贸易的船舶增多以及船舶、船公司的重视,对美国海岸警卫队上船进行有关ISPS/MTSA/PII的PSC检查已有充分了解,许多船舶也取得无缺陷的优异成绩。但大多数船舶对在美国港口进行相关劳工公约的PSC检查还缺乏了解,特别是《2006年海事劳工公约》已经生效,2008年9月又相继通过《〈2006年海事劳工公约〉港口国控制官员检查指南》和《〈2006年海事劳工公约〉船旗国检查指南》,今后有关劳工公约的
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of ships going to the United States and the importance of ships and shipping companies, it has been fully understood that the Coast Guard of the United States carries out PSC inspection of ISPS/MTSA/PII on board ships, and many ships have achieved excellent results without defects. But most ships do not know enough about PSC inspections of labor conventions in U. S. ports. In particular, the Maritime Labour Convention of 2006 has entered into force. In September 2008, the guidelines for the Inspection of Port State Control officials of the 2006 Maritime Labour Convention and the Flag State Inspection Guide of the Maritime Labour Convention of 2006 were adopted one after another.
