【摘要】：正李旭在《人民论坛》2017年第3期撰文指出,俄罗斯联邦国家安全领域现行的法律体系已经相当成熟和完善,它以宪法为基础和准绳,以俄罗斯联邦《安全法》为该领域的基本法,以《俄罗斯联邦国家安全学说》《俄罗斯联邦国家安全战略》等纲领性文件为理论指导和方向,以行政法、民法、刑法、刑事诉讼法、民事诉讼法、俄罗斯联邦安全局机构法等保障国家安全的专门法律为重要组成部
[Abstract]:Writing in the third issue of the people's Forum in 2017, Zheng Li Xu pointed out that the current legal system in the field of state security in the Russian Federation is quite mature and perfect, and it is based on the Constitution and is the yardstick.
