坚持法治与德治的两手并举

【摘要】：建设法治社会,必须坚持一手抓法治、一手抓德治。法治以其刚性的、强制性规范要求社会成员的日常行为,德治以其柔性的、舆论性感召提高社会成员的道德境界。道德是法律的人文基础,法律是道德的制度保障。只讲道德不讲法律,道德就会变得苍白无力;只讲法律不讲道德,法律就失去百姓诚服。
[Abstract]:To build a society ruled by law, we must stick to the rule of law with one hand and rule by virtue on the other. The rule of law requires the daily behavior of social members with its rigid, mandatory norms, and the rule of virtue with its soft, sexy public opinion calls to improve the moral realm of social members. Morality is the humanistic foundation of law, and law is the institutional guarantee of morality. Morality becomes feeble by virtue, and law by law, and the law loses its obedience.
