明代茶法的建立、变革与监察研究

【摘要】:我国古代的茶业牵涉到诸多内容,如:茶业政策、茶业法规、茶税征收、茶叶贸易等。在明代年间,茶法在沿袭唐宋旧制之下,还进行了更为严格而规范的管理,并拟定了相关的茶法制度,如:榷茶制度、茶马贸易制度、贡茶制度等。这些茶法政策也在较大程度上推进了茶业经济的发展,在明代制茶技术的划时代变革之下,明代的茶法制度也在变革中不断完善,形成了一整套完整而有效的明代茶法体系。本文重点对明代茶法的建立、变革和监察系统等方面,进行系统的研究和探讨。
[Abstract]:The tea industry in ancient China involves a lot of contents, such as: tea industry policy, tea industry regulation, tea tax collection, tea trade and so on. In the Ming Dynasty, the tea law followed the old system of Tang and Song dynasties, and carried on more strict and standardized management, and drew up the related tea law system, such as: discussion tea system, tea horse trade system, tribute tea system and so on. These tea law policies also promoted the development of tea industry economy to a large extent. Under the epoch-making change of tea making technology in Ming Dynasty, the tea law system of Ming Dynasty was constantly improved, forming a complete and effective tea law system in Ming Dynasty. This paper focuses on the establishment, reform and supervision system of tea law in Ming Dynasty.
