全面依法治国视域中的社会矛盾化解

【摘要】：面对我国转型期社会矛盾日益凸显的状况,旧有的人治维稳模式暴露出越来越多的弊端。只有坚持全面依法治国,努力运用法治思维和法治方式化解社会矛盾,才能切实维护社会和谐稳定的大局。在立法方面,要建构和完善公平正义的制度规则,从源头入手预防社会冲突;在执法方面,要克服堵塞群众诉求表达的弊政,维护人民的合法权益;在司法方面,要以程序合法保障结果合法,坚决扫除司法腐败;在普法方面,要立足自媒体时代的信息传播方式,营造以法律方式解决纠纷的文化心理氛围;在守法方面,领导干部要带头遵守党纪国法、接受社会监督,广大公民要自觉培养权利意识和责任意识,以理性、正当的合法渠道化解矛盾冲突。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly prominent social contradictions in the transitional period of our country, the old pattern of maintaining stability of the rule of man exposed more and more disadvantages. Only by adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way and making great efforts to resolve the social contradictions by using the thinking of the rule of law and the way of the rule of law can the overall situation of social harmony and stability be maintained. In the aspect of legislation, we should construct and perfect the system rules of fairness and justice, start from the source to prevent social conflicts, in the aspect of law enforcement, we should overcome the malpractice of blocking the expression of the demands of the masses and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people. In the aspect of judicature, we should guarantee the result legally by the procedure and resolutely wipe out the judicial corruption; in the aspect of law popularization, we should base ourselves on the way of information dissemination in the era of the media, and create a cultural psychological atmosphere of resolving disputes by the way of law. In respect of abiding by the law, leading cadres should take the lead to abide by party discipline and state law, accept social supervision, and the broad masses of citizens should consciously cultivate awareness of rights and responsibilities, and resolve contradictions and conflicts through rational and legitimate legal channels.
