远程教育背景下法律通识教育课程改革研究——以《实用法律基

【摘要】：法律通识教育是非法学专业学生通识教育的重要组成部分。远程教育背景下法律通识教育必须坚持终身教育的理念,综合考虑课程的特点、学生的特点和远程教育的特点,改革传统模式的法律通识教育,重点从课程设置、学习资源建设、学习支持服务、教师队伍建设等四个方面着手,以实现法律通识教育的教学目标。
[Abstract]:General law education is an important part of general education for non-law students. Under the background of distance education, legal general education must adhere to the concept of life-long education, consider the characteristics of curriculum, students and distance education, reform the traditional mode of legal general education, and focus on curriculum design. In order to realize the teaching goal of general education of law, the construction of learning resources, learning support services, and the construction of teachers are carried out in four aspects.
