中国特色社会主义法治道路的核心要义与现实因应

【摘要】：社会因法治而文明,时代因法治而进步。全面推进依法治国,道路选择至关重要。中国特色社会主义法治道路,核心要义包括坚持党的领导、坚持中国特色社会主义制度、贯彻中国特色社会主义法治理论。从历史经验、现实需要、未来要求、国际进程看,坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路具有客观必然性和现实紧迫性。要坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路,必须坚持中国共产党的领导、坚持人民主体地位、坚持法律面前人人平等、坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合、坚持从中国实际出发。
[Abstract]:Society is civilized by the rule of law, and the times are advanced by the rule of law. To advance the rule of law in an all-round way, the choice of road is crucial. The key points of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics include adhering to the leadership of the Party, adhering to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and carrying out the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of historical experience, realistic needs, future requirements and international processes, it is necessary and urgent to adhere to the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. To adhere to the road of ruling by law in socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the position of the people as the main body, the equality of all before the law, the combination of the rule of law and the rule of virtue, and proceed from the reality of China.
