【摘要】：正一、《联邦党人文集》的缘起1787年美国发生了一件大事,55位国父齐聚费城,制定新的宪法。这个宪法和当时正在施行的《邦联条例》存在一些根本性的区别,因此,当这部新宪法制定完之后,更准确地说,当它起草完毕之后,面临着一个批准的问题。因为很多人对新宪法有异议,于是就打算阻止新宪法获得批准,也有人在当时的报刊上发表了一些批评新宪法的文章。这时,新宪法的有力支持者亚历山大·汉密尔顿认为有必要回应,阐释新宪法的基
[Abstract]:In 1787, 55 founding fathers gathered in Philadelphia to enact a new constitution. There are some fundamental differences between the Constitution and the Confederacy Act in force at that time, so when the new Constitution is completed, and more accurately, when it is drafted, there is a problem of ratification. Because many people object to the new constitution, they intend to block its approval, and some people published articles criticizing the new constitution in the press at that time.
