伊拉克库尔德地区石油投资法律问题研究

【摘要】：伊拉克库尔德地区拥有丰富的石油资源,占整个伊拉克石油储量的40%以上,但伊拉克政府和库尔德政府在石油利益上的争议和纠纷,使得众多投资者对在库尔德进行石油投资望而止步。本文综合研究了伊拉克及库尔德地区的相关法律制度,并结合伊拉克库尔德地区石油投资的实践,详细分析了在库尔德地区进行石油投资应该重点关注的石油合同效力、原油出口等重要法律问题,为中国投资者在库尔德地区进行石油投资提供指引。
[Abstract]:Iraq's Kurdish region is rich in oil resources, accounting for more than 40 percent of Iraq's oil reserves. But the Iraqi government and the Kurdish government have disputes and disputes over oil interests. So that many investors in the Kurdish oil investment in the hope and stop. This paper comprehensively studies the relevant legal systems in Iraq and Kurdistan region, and combines the practice of oil investment in Iraqi Kurdistan region, and analyzes in detail the effectiveness of oil contract which should be paid more attention to in oil investment in Kurdistan region. Important legal issues, such as crude oil exports, provide guidance for Chinese investors to invest in oil in the Kurdish region.
