高度重视法治思维的作用

【摘要】：正法治思维对法治建设有重要的意义。没有法治思维作为基础,法治中国建设就难以顺利推进。对于法治国家、法治政府、法治社会三位一体的法治中国建设来说,不仅涉及制度体制的改革,也牵涉政府、政党、社会组织、公民等各方主体的思想与行为的转变。全面推进法治中国建设属于社会转型的重要活动,既包含法治在内的社会主义核心价值观的塑造,也牵涉人们思维方式和行为方式的转换。法治中国建设首先涉及管理体制改革,但仅有体制的改变还不足以全面推进法治中国的建设,法学研究者必须注意对法治思维的凝练以及法学教育对法治思维的普及。在
