犹太律法的创造性转化及其借鉴意义

【摘要】：犹太律法经历了长期的生成和演变过程,近现代以来,犹太人积极应对现代化和世俗化带来的挑战,成功地融入西方社会之中,同时保持了自身的民族特性。在这一过程中,犹太人对律法进行了创造性转化,较好地解决了传统与现代、神圣与世俗等问题。犹太律法的创造性转化,对我国当前的法治建设、文化创新具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Jewish law has experienced a long process of formation and evolution. Since modern times, Jews have actively responded to the challenge of modernization and secularization, successfully integrated into the western society, while maintaining their own national identity. In this process, Jews creatively transformed the law and solved the problems of tradition and modernity, sacredness and mundane. The creative transformation of Jewish law has certain reference significance to the construction of rule of law and cultural innovation.
