论改革开放以来的中国立法

【摘要】：改革开放三十年以来,中国的立法经历了巨大的变革与发展,从无法可依到基本完备,从健全法制到法治理念,从公平公正到人本和谐,不论从理论上还是实践上都取得了巨大的成就。民主与人权是立法的核心价值,科学的立法理念为立法保驾护航。经历几十载了风雨艰辛,我们形成了具有中国特色的社会主义立法体系和立法理论,构建了比较完善的法律体制。然而,欣喜之余,我们也应当看到目前存在的一些不足和有待改进的地方,坚持几个统一不动摇,用科学的发展观指导完善立法,为社会主义法治建设添砖加瓦。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's legislation has undergone great changes and development, from no law to basic perfection, from perfecting the legal system to the concept of the rule of law, from fairness and justice to people-oriented harmony, and has made great achievements both in theory and in practice. Democracy and human rights are the core values of legislation, and scientific legislative ideas protect legislation. After dozens of years of hardship, we have formed a socialist legislative system and legislative theory with Chinese characteristics, and constructed a relatively perfect legal system. However, in addition to being happy, we should also see some shortcomings and areas that need to be improved at present, adhere to several unwavering unity, guide and perfect legislation with a scientific concept of development, and contribute to the construction of socialist rule of law.
