藏族生态伦理观的当代变迁——生态习惯法文化的视角

【摘要】：伴随藏区的现代性进程,发展与环境之间的矛盾日益尖锐,研究藏民族传统生态伦理观在当代发生的变迁具有理论和现实的紧迫性。田野调查结果显示,当代藏民族的生态伦理观发生了急剧的变迁。社会转型期,构建藏区生态法治,应当保护和引导藏族生态伦理观以生态文明为导向的调适与重构,防止维系区域生态和谐的传统习惯法文化发生扭曲。同时,应当坚持生态优先的原则,将生态环境保护的目标纳入到藏区经济、社会的发展决策之中,以缓冲市场经济对于以生态伦理观为重要内容的地方性知识的冲击和扰动。
[Abstract]:With the process of the modernity of the Tibetan area, the contradiction between development and the environment is becoming more and more acute, and the research of the traditional ecological ethics of the Tibetan people has the theoretical and practical urgency in the contemporary changes. The field survey shows that the ecological ethics of the contemporary Tibetan people has changed dramatically. In the period of social transformation, the construction of the ecological rule of law in the Tibetan area should protect and guide the adjustment and reconstruction of the Tibetan ecological ethics as the guide of the ecological civilization, and prevent the traditional customary law culture of maintaining the ecological harmony in the region from being distorted. At the same time, the principle of ecological priority should be adhered to, and the goal of ecological environment protection should be included in the decision-making of the economic and social development of the Tibetan area, so as to buffer the impact and disturbance of the market economy on the local knowledge which is the important content of the ecological ethics.
