中国的法庭口译：规范化角度的探讨

　　法庭口译的质量的重要性已是无庸赘言,然而,中国当前的法庭口译质量却差强人意,法庭口译员的口译质量相差甚远,有的还算比较准确,有的口译则甚至会对法庭产生误导。因此,如何对中国当前的法庭口译进行定位,如何提高当前的法庭口译质量,如何对中国当前的法庭口译职业进行规范,就成了当务之急。本文对上述诸问题进行探讨并做出初步的回答。本研究从法庭口译质量评估出发,分析用来衡量法庭口译质量的各个方面。为确定法庭口译质量的这些方面,本研究全面分析阐述了法庭口译员应承担的角色以及法庭口译员应当具有的素质。在全面分析了法庭口译质量评估的诸多方面之后,本研究从中国双语刑事法庭转录的语料中对法庭口译片断进行了抽样,并依据之前质量评估的各个方面对其进行了分析。通过对现场庭审口译的分析,本文对其存在的问题进行了定位并对问题背后深层次的原因进行了探讨。如分析所示,法庭口译的表现未能尽如人意,其根本原因在于法庭口译职业规范化的缺失。基于上述发现,结合法庭口译职业化应遵循的不同发展阶段,本文提出了系统的对策,包括法庭口译员的选拔测试、认证、专业协会、职业道德及从业标准、语言权力保障法律、教育培训、质量监督等。本文认为:只有...
